We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, and we're committed to making the return process as smooth as possible. Our goal is to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom handmade gifts may have different return policies depending on the nature of the item and the extent of personalization.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received them. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@artisanhandcreat.cv with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please include the return authorization number with your return package to ensure proper processing.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
The refund amount will include the purchase price, excluding shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. Processing fees may apply in certain circumstances.
Custom personalized items and items that have been used or damaged may not be eligible for return. Gift wrapping services are generally non-refundable once completed, unless there is a significant error on our part.

We do not offer direct exchanges, but you may return an item and place a new order. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order.
